Mike Andresen, Turf Manager at Iowa State University, and his crew did a fantastic job of preparing the field at Jack Trice Stadium in Ames, Iowa. The midfield logo is 54' x 65'. A great looking field by the Iowa State turf team!

World Class to sell "home field" stencils

World Class Athletic Surfaces has received approval from Collegiate Licensing Company to produce Home Field Stencils for sell to fans of selected colleges.

World Class received approval to create stencils of the logos from the University of Alabama, University of Oklahoma, Louisiana State University, University of Tennessee and the University of Georgia. The stencils can be applied to grass or pavement and will be sold with cans of aerosol field marking paint in the schools' colors.

The stencils will be on sell at selected stores near the colleges.
World Class assists "We Are Marshall"

World Class Athletic Surfaces produced end zone and midfield stencils for the Warner Brothers production of the movie "We Are Marshall." Football action sequences were filmed recently in Atlanta. The movie, starring Matthew McConaughey, recounts the tragic airplane crash following a Marshall-East Carolina football game 35 years ago. The accident took the lives of 75 people, including 37 members of the team and coaching staff.
